You can book an appointment online by clicking "Schedule Your Appointment" above or by calling our Basildon store directly. We may also be able to accommodate walk-in requests but booking in advance is always recommended.

Each booking lasts around 30 minutes and we allow up to two weldings within that time. This can be used for up to two permanent bracelets for one person, or for two people having one welding each.

Please arrive at least five minutes before your booking so you’ve got plenty of time to choose your welding jewellery. If you have any queries in relation to your booking, please contact our Sales Consultants in store.

Yes, you can choose to add letters, birthstones and other charms to your welded bracelet to add a more personalised touch. Prices for charms start from £30.

Yes, we do accept walk-ins on a first come first serve basis based on the availability of the day. Just keep in mind that there may be some waiting time ahead of your appointment or if you are a walk-in.

We’d always recommend booking an appointment in advance to avoid disappointment.

Our warranty on permanent jewellery, unlike other retailers, is a life time weld guarantee. If it comes off, bring the piece back to store and we will re-weld for FREE.

Due to the personalised nature of permanent jewellery, we are unable to offer returns.
