Walk-ins are welcome and free, but booking is recommended to avoid waiting during peak times.
How long does the appointment take?
Appointments last around 30 minutes and allow for up to two weldings.
What if it breaks or I need it removed?
We offer a free lifetime weld guarantee. If it ever breaks, we re-weld it at no cost. If removal is needed, we can cut it safely in-store.
Can I shower, swim or travel with it?
Yes — it's safe for everyday wear and travel. We advise rinsing after chlorinated or saltwater exposure.
Is it safe and does it hurt?
Completely safe and pain-free. No heat touches the skin. You’ll wear protective glasses during welding.
Can I personalise my bracelet?
Yes — add initials, charms or birthstones. Charms start from £30.
